McEcker Food Productions is a multi-faceted culinary identity whose goal is to pursue and promote excellence in all aspects of the culinary art.

Through our on-line presence at www.culinarycommunity.com, McEcker Food Productions offers consulting, advertising, product research, and a variety of gourmet product lines available for purchase. Classes are available in Winnipeg at the Chefs’ food studio in public settings and catering, and general instruction is available through their own TV series “Easy Chefs at Home”.

McEcker Food Productions also provides on-site catering and entertainment for all occasions including world class cuisine and white glove table service in the setting of your choice.
